For the purposes of the Acts a person keeping a riding
establishment shall be taken to keep it at the premises where
the horses employed for the purposes of the business concerned
are kept.


In the Acts the following expressions have the meanings
respectively assigned to them, that is to say-
" horse " includes any mare, gelding, pony, foal, colt, filly
or stallion and also any ass, mule or jennet.
